Answering 3-4 chats simultaneously in a professional manner to provide information about products & services.
Understanding customer requirements, Providing the right customer experience.

persuasive skills, service orientation, Integrity.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Customer service orientation.
Ability to understand the queries of the customers and
active problem-solving skills.
