JOB Description & Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Technologist as a group consults brands on various Channels like Email, SMS, App/Browser Notifications & on Marketing Automation. Consult brands on best practices, and optimization efforts on these channels and the space. The team is expected to do any and everything for Making Things Happen for the Customers.
Lead & Drive a team of Marketing Technologist to ensure quality standards of Consulting & service to clients are maintained/improved.
Expected to have a complete knowledge about Communications Channels & the Marketing Automation space to make sure the team gets the right guidance.
Build an atmosphere of constant innovation amongst the team
Maintaining relationships with Senior level connects from the client side.
Be both a source of leadership and a resource, providing a range of support for our growing automation practise.
Strong analytic skills, including experience with quantitative test design, customer segmentation, tracking results and interpreting key learnings.
Thriving to constantly improve on the level of Analytics provided to our customers by the team.
Demonstrated ability to drive business goals for specific regions. Comfort with being held accountable for business goals.
Solid knowledge of Internet technology and applications, including a broad understanding of automation and database marketing infrastructures and the technologies require
Ability to motivate the team & build a spirit of team work & created a celebrated & happy team.
