Duties and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities will involve,
Maintain professional with customers and provide optimal services to same.
Assist and coordinate with customers to prepare marketing campaigns.
Perform tests and ensure precision in campaign implementation.
Understanding & responding to primary level customer queries / issues over phone or email / ticketing system
Analyze and identify process changes required & suggest if any.
Monitor internal alerts and raise alarm for critical issues.
Be available at flexible shift timings for best customer experience
Graduation from a recognized university in any stream, IT stream will have priority.
Good to have knowledge of Email
The candidate should have excellent spoken and written communication skills along with listening skills
Microsoft Excel/ Openoffice Calc, Powerpoint knowledge to draft and share reports
An experience of 3-5 years in customer support and Execution of Automation campaign is preferred
Attitude / Other characteristics such as personal characteristics
Eye for details
Work under strict timelines
Regular work timings would be of 9 hrs on everyday basis in shifts.
If required the candidate will have to work on Weekends for which comp off would be provided.
